Top Performing RE/MAX Office in Central Texas
At RE/MAX 1, our mission is to help agents have an abundant life. We pride ourselves on providing the best support to enable each agent to focus on the right vital activities they need to grow and increase their business, so they may best serve their clients. We are selective with who we ask to join our office, in order to protect our positive and collaborative culture.
Tim and Tammy Kress opened RE/MAX 1 in December 2009 with a team of 4. The small team worked out of their home office until renting a small space in Cedar Park. Their agent count grew to about 30 agents within a year and a half. Tim’s amazing father purchased the lot across the street from their rented space, and they began making plans to build their very own office building. In May 2012, the 3,300 sq. ft RE/MAX 1 office on Glacier Pass in Cedar Park opened its doors, and we called it home for 5 wonderful years.
As our agent count continued to grow year over year, plans of a larger office space started to dance around in everyone’s heads. Tim and Tammy purchased the two lots next door on Denali Pass in 2015, and we started to build our current 8,000 sq ft. building. We made the move in February 2017 and have grown our agent count to 119 as of today.
Over the years, our staff has grown from one assistant to a full time, high-minded team of eight!
